Kitty Stephens has been fascinated with art in all its forms since she attended the Chicago Art Institute as a child. Visiting galleries and museums around the world served to deepen her knowledge and understanding. Though trained in traditional art methods, she found that giving herself the freedom to let the spirit flow through her and find its own life on the paper, reflect her won art style. She worlds with pen on watercolor paper, which is bold, colorful and simple, finding the essences of her subjects.
