Membership renewals are due January 1st and we are trying to make renewal easier for you and smoother on take-in day. If you wish, try our new renewal on-line feature. At our website choose ‘Members’ tab, then select ‘Membership Form’. Complete this form, press ‘Join RAA Now’ button when complete. You will be asked how you want to pay for your membership. All on-line payments will be handled through Pay Pal but you do not need a Pay Pal account. You can pay by credit card, debit card, pay pal or choose to be billed later. Make sure that you print out the receipt for payment. If you would prefer to pay by check, print out the Membership Form and bring or mail to RAA. If you are planning to bring in new work on January 4th please bring your payment confirmation email or your receipt. Our take-in crew will have our most current list of on-line payments but your receipt will expedite take-in for you.
You will also be asked to sign a new gallery agreement for 2012. The number of paintings and table top items that an artist can submit reverts back to our normal numbers; 3 paintings and 10 table top items.
I wish to personally thank all of those volunteers who have made contributions in time to help our gallery keep the doors open and to help our education program function so well.
