Jai Ru will conduct a demonstration of the techniques of Chinese painting on Tuesday March 27 from 7 to 9 PM. The basic methods used in both Xie Yi (free hand) and Gong Bi (meticulous or court art) will be included. The use of both one brush and two brush techniques of Gong Bi painting will be shown along with the use of the various brushes and tools used by Chinese artists.
