Redlands Art Association

RAA by Linda Willason

The Redlands Art Association (RAA), a 501c3 organization, was founded in 1964 to encourage and support the visual arts in the City of Redlands and neighboring communities.

Our mission is to enrich lives and promote a vibrant society by inspiring creativity, nurturing individual expression, and supporting the visual arts.

RAA maintains an Art Center and Sales Gallery open to the public free of charge at its downtown Redlands location. Art classes, programs, workshops, and demonstrations are conducted at the Art Center. Generous volunteers with a deep passion for the visual arts perform most of the duties required to run the organization. If you’d like to join us, please call the Gallery.

Margaret Clark Art Education Enrichment Fund

RAA established the Margaret Clark Art Education Enrichment Fund (MCAEEF) to ensure ongoing financial support for its art education programs within our community. Your generous donations and ticket proceeds of the biannual Redlands Cinema Classic support this endeavor.

ART CENTER

RAA offers art classes, workshops and educational programs at its Art Center and sponsors scholarships and project grants for children. A speaker series program with demonstrations by well-known artists is offered on the fourth Tuesday of the month from September through May.

SALES GALLERY

The RAA Gallery promotes, exhibits, and sells the artwork of Inland Empire artists. It features a delightful selection of original paintings, photography, prints, collage, fiber arts, pottery, glassware, jewelry, art cards and more. Gallery exhibits of members work and featured artists are changed every six weeks. Special annual shows are featured below.
